Initial Agreement Term is July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and may be renewed by mutual written agreement for successive terms. Following the Initial Term, Licensee must pay Annual Recurring Fees and renewal fees based on then-current license fees, adjusted for changes in student enrollment. Agreement may be terminated by either party with at least 30 days’ written notice or for cause as specified, with specified refund or fee obligations and a $500 reactivation fee if termination is rescinded within 90 days.
