UTILITIES

Initial term of fifteen (15) years from the Effective Date, renewable thereafter with three (3) years’ written notice

Agreement runs for an initial fifteen (15) year term from the Effective Date, after which it may be renewed if a Party gives three (3) years’ written notice. Termination before or after the initial term requires FERC approval and is limited to circumstances described in the agreement, including mutual consent or Default.
