IMEA long-term power sales contract with Carlyle approved

Initial delivery term October 1, 2035 through May 31, 2055, then year-to-year thereafter until terminated by five years’ prior written notice

After the initial term ending May 31, 2055, the delivery term continues from year to year until either party terminates the contract by providing five years’ prior written notice. Existing IMEA power supply or transmission contracts superseded by this agreement remain in force if the new contract does not become effective.
