The City of Bend is considering approval of Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment #4 to its Progressive Design-Build contract with K&E Excavating, Inc. for the Midtown Multimodal Connections and Streetscaping Project. The amendment would add up to $15,829,161.22, bringing the total contract value to just under $30 million for Franklin Avenue roadway, multimodal, and utility improvements through mid-2027.
