The County of Kings approved a professional services agreement with Evaluation, Management and Training (EMT) Associates, Inc. to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the Local Indigent Care Needs program for an amount not to exceed $109,750 over an 18‑month term from May 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027.
