Description

The County of Kings entered into a three-year agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services to reimburse DHCS up to $15,366.72 for Medi-Cal County Inmate Program administrative services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. The County will pay its apportioned nonfederal share of DHCS administrative costs subject to annual state fiscal year caps and any future amendments for additional services.
