Agreement is effective July 1, 2026 and continues until terminated by either party with at least 30 days’ written notice; DHCS may also terminate for cause or upon termination of the County’s MCIP Administrative Service Agreement. Annual administrative cost payments are governed by a separate administrative agreement that may be amended if State funding is reduced.
