Dallas will enter into an Advance Funding Agreement with TxDOT totaling $6.4 million for construction of the Cotton Belt and Marni Kaner Trails, primarily funded by federal Transportation Alternatives funds. The City will contribute $63,400 from 2017 bond funds toward the project.
