Dallas will amend its service price agreement with Elite Striping, LLC dba Action Services to add Group 3 reflective lane striping and bike lane thermoplastic services, increasing the contract by about $3.37 million to $7.8 million. Funding will come from the General Fund, DART project funds, and the Bike Lane Fund.
