The City of Watauga plans to enter into a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for Green Ribbon Program improvements along US 377 between Basswood Boulevard and Starnes Road. TxDOT will install landscaping features while the City accepts responsibility for ongoing maintenance and associated utility costs for the corridor.
