County Connection staff recommend executing a new multi-year MOU with Choice in Aging to continue the CiA-SilverRide door-through-door paratransit alternative, with County Connection reimbursing CiA for SilverRide trip costs. The agreement includes a three-year base term plus two one-year options and is supported by $400,000 budgeted through FY26 and $450,000 planned for FY27.
