County Connection staff recommend executing a new Memorandum of Understanding with Choice in Aging to continue the CiA-SilverRide alternative transportation program for LINK-eligible riders whose needs exceed standard paratransit service. The agreement would reimburse CiA for SilverRide trip costs under a term of up to five years, with program funding already incorporated into the agency’s FY26 and preliminary FY27 budgets.
