County Connection is being asked to approve Amendment No. 02 to its Clipper BayPass Pilot Program Participation Agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, extending the Phase 2 pilot to December 31, 2030 and updating fare reimbursement and revenue provisions. The program remains funded by MTC, with no direct fiscal impact to County Connection.
