Description

The Board authorized execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Clipper BayPass Pilot Program Participation Agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, extending Phase 2 of the regional institutional pass pilot through 2030. Under the amended terms, employer payments and a $5 million STA reserve will cover operator reimbursements while County Connection is protected from unreimbursed discount fares.
