Description

Berkeley will partner with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation on an Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities grant application of up to $50 million for the North Berkeley BART affordable housing project. The agreement would allow the City to receive and implement up to $9 million in AHSC funds for bicycle, pedestrian, and transit improvements near the site.
