Berkeley intends to enter a sole-source agreement with Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. dba Priority Dispatch for the IAED ProQA Priority Dispatch System used in medical, fire, and police emergency call-taking. The contract will not exceed $1,736,298 over a potential nine-year period, including training, quality assurance tools, and ongoing software maintenance.
