Master Contract effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with future master contracts to be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2027. If a new Master Contract or ISA is not finalized by June 30, 2027, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for up to 90 days under Education Code 56366(c), while either party may appeal to the county superintendent or Superintendent to mediate a binding contract.
