Base term is July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with no automatic renewal; subsequent Master Contracts must be renegotiated prior to June 30, 2026 per 5 CCR §3062(d). If a new Master Contract or ISA is not finalized by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for up to 90 days for funding continuity, and either party may appeal to the county superintendent or State Superintendent after 60 days. An interim contract option allows extension of the previous year’s approved contracts and rates for no more than 90 days after June 30, 2027 at the LEA’s sole discretion.
