Master Contract effective July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027; parties must renegotiate any subsequent Master Contract prior to June 30, 2027. If a new Master Contract or ISA is not finalized by June 30, the most recently executed Master Contract remains in effect for up to 90 days while negotiations continue, after which either party may appeal to the county superintendent or Superintendent to mediate a binding contract.
