Original Agreement effective October 1, 2020 for three years, renewed for federal fiscal years 2024–2026 by First Amendment, and now renewed for fiscal years 2027–2029 by this Third Amendment. Agreement will not automatically renew beyond FY 2029 unless permitted by HUD guidance or written HUD approval. Future amendments may be required by HUD to meet new Urban County Qualification requirements; failure to adopt such amendments will void the Agreement for the applicable qualification period.
