Initial three-year urban county qualification period covered by this agreement is FY 2027–2029 and runs through at least September 30, 2029, until all related funds and program income are expended. The agreement states it will renew automatically for one successive three-year period (FY 2030–2032) unless the City or County provides written notice to the other party and HUD by deadlines specified on HUD.gov; parties must also adopt any HUD-required amendments to maintain qualification.
