Big Horn County and the Montana Department of Transportation entered into an agreement for MDT to deliver approximately 13,760 cubic yards of salvaged asphalt millings from the I-90 Garryowen–South project to Reno Creek Road at no cost. The County will use the recycled material on public facilities and assume responsibility for compliance and associated liabilities.
