Service Start Date 9/1/2026 – Service End Date 6/3/2027; MSA auto-renews annually on Service End Date for additional 12-month terms unless terminated

MSA term runs from initial Effective Date and ends on the Service End Date in each Service Order; it automatically renews each year on the Service End Date for an additional 12-month term unless either party provides written notice 30 or more days prior to the Service End Date. Early termination requires payment of 50% of remaining unaccrued committed minimums or fees (or the greater of 10% of full committed minimums or $10,000 if termination occurs prior to August 1, 2025). Prices may increase annually by the greater of 5% or the most recent annual inflation rate, and discounts apply only to the initial term.
