Master Services Agreement term runs through the Service End Date in each Service Order and automatically renews each year on the Service End Date for an additional 12-month term unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days prior to the Service End Date. Upon termination, Client owes all accrued fees plus 50% of remaining, unaccrued committed minimums or fees, except for terminations prior to 2026-08-01 when Client pays the greater of 10% of the full committed minimums or $10,000. Prices may increase annually by the greater of 5% or the most recent annual inflation rate; discounts apply only to the initial term.
