Initial term ends September 30, 2027. Agreement automatically renews annually on October 1 of each year until September 30, 2031, unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the termination date. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice; City may modify or terminate arrangements at any time to meet municipal fire department duties.
