Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District Awards Professional Services Contract to E2e Exchange Llc (July 2026)

Funding Year 2027: $2,950/year Category One Fee; $1,550/year Category Two Admin Fee; 3.5% of Committed Funding Category Two Contingency Fee with $1,550/year minimum; $850/year Bid Management Per Form 470 Fee. Funding Year 2028: same fee structure; Category Two Contingency Fee 3.5% of Committed Funding with $1,550/year minimum.

PROFESSIONAL_SERVICES

Initial term two (2) years from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with automatic one-year renewals each July 1 thereafter unless non-renewal notice is given 60 days prior.

2028-07-01

Initial term from 2026-07-01 through 2028-06-30. Following the initial term, the agreement automatically renews for successive one-year terms on July 1 of each subsequent E-Rate funding year under the same terms and conditions, subject to a then-current fee schedule agreed in writing. Either party may prevent renewal by providing written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days prior to the start of the upcoming renewal term; failure to provide timely notice results in automatic renewal and full fee liability for the renewal year.
