Summary

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Child Protective Services (CPS) is issuing this Open Enrollment to enter into contracts with qualified Applicants for Out of State Courtesy Supervision Services. This program aims to ensure monthly face-to-face visits with children placed in Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) outside of Texas.

Required Deliverables

Minimum monthly face-to-face contact with CPS client, Consultation with DFPS caseworker and facility staff, Completion of Child Visitation Contact Sheet (Exhibit A), Quarterly photos emailed to the Texas DFPS caseworker, Court Related Services, if requested.
