Summary

Toho Water Authority (TOHO) is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide Ground Storage Tank (GST) inspection, cleaning, and inspection-based repair or maintenance services for potable water storage facilities within TOHO's Water System.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
