The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Adult Protective Services (APS) is issuing this Open Enrollment to enter into contracts with Qualified Applicants to provide Personal Assistance Care (PAC) services to APS clients.
