Summary

The Village of Lisle is seeking bids for a stormwater improvement project. The project includes furnishing materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of approximately 1000 feet of 12-inch diameter storm sewer, 1050 feet of 18-inch diameter storm sewer, 1700 feet of 24-inch diameter storm sewer, 600 feet of 30-inch diameter storm sewer, 500 feet of 36-inch storm sewer, 600 feet of 42-inch equivalent round-size elliptical storm sewer, and 10,000 square feet of various pavement patching, restoration, and all other incidental work necessary to complete the improvement.

Proposals must include a detailed implementation timeline, staffing plan with key personnel qualifications, and three (3) references from comparable government engagements completed within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
