Summary

The City of Liberal is seeking qualified consulting firms to create a Downtown Redevelopment Master Plan. The plan will develop a future vision and strategy for the downtown area, incorporating community feedback and assessing market data, infrastructure, and design elements.

Evaluation Criteria
