Summary

Towns County is seeking proposals for Construction Management-at-Risk services for selected renovations and additions to the County Courthouse. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on site.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
