Summary

Work consists of removing existing kitchen cabinets and counter tops, providing new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and wall laminate backsplash. It also includes replacing existing kitchen sinks, faucets, p-traps, supplies, and shut-off valves with new stainless steel sinks and associated hardware. Existing range hoods will be removed and reinstalled upon new cabinets, with fire extinguishers salvaged and reinstalled. This solicitation may have local funding and additional requirements.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
