Summary

Alexander County Government is seeking proposals from licensed legal firms to provide legal representation for child welfare and child support cases as a backup to the full-time DSS Attorney. Services will be rendered on a fixed-price, hourly rate basis.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
