Summary

WCHA is seeking an experienced professional Grant Writer consultant or firm to research, develop, write, and submit successful grant proposals to secure public and private funds for housing solutions targeting individuals with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, former foster youth, transitioning veterans, older adults, and other disadvantaged populations.

Evaluation Criteria

Demonstration of substantial and comprehensive experience with housing related entities, non-profits, other public agencies and grants.gov, Professional qualifications and licensing of the individuals or firm's key team members and references., Respondent's insurability, status of current work, contract history and prior success at competing for grant funding, Respondent's fee structure and expense, Certified minority-and women-owned business enterprises and/or the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of the work.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
