Summary

Sealed bids are requested for court resurfacing at City Parks. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications. This includes cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, resurfacing of eleven (11) City street locations, lead service replacements at seven (7) of the work locations, replacement of granite curbing, reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps, striping and sign installation, installation of drainage structures and pipe, tree removal and replacement, installation of speed hump(s), maintenance and protection of traffic, and all related site restoration work. All work shall be substantially completed by October 31st, 2025.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.

Proposals must include a detailed implementation timeline, staffing plan with key personnel qualifications, and three (3) references from comparable government engagements completed within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
