Lead Service Line Replacement Phase 7, Re-Bid

This document solicits bids for the replacement of existing lead water service lines on both the public and private side of the right-of-way. Public replacements will run from the water main to the right-of-way, and private replacements will run from the right-of-way line to the meter connection point.
