Summary

The Town of Northlake is soliciting bids for the construction of a 0.60 MG ground storage tank and pump upgrade at the Harvest Pump Station. The project includes the construction of the tank, a 150HP pump and VFD upgrade, SCADA adjustments, electrical design, pump station modifications, civil site improvements, grading, drainage, vegetation, and an 8' wide chain link swing gate. The existing 213,000-gallon ground storage tank will be demolished.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
