Summary

Sealed proposals will be received by the Sandusky County Board of Commissioners for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the 2025 Resurfacing of CR 182 & CR 198. The project includes pavement repair, planing, asphalt concrete intermediate and surface courses, tack coats, work zone traffic control, compacted aggregate, raised pavement markers, monument assembly adjustment, and traffic paint.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
