Summary

Camden County seeks sealed bids for the full renovation and conversion of an existing attic storage area into fully functional office space. The project includes demolition, structural framing, architectural build-out, stairs and entry construction, mechanical (HVAC) and electrical system installation, low voltage/data/communications cabling, and fire protection & life safety measures. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
