Summary

Sealed bids for furnishing materials and labor for sanitary sewer extension project, including approximately 890 lineal feet of 10-inch pipe, 440 lineal feet of 8-inch pipe, five manholes, demolition of a pumping station, excavation, backfill, pavement work, and surface restoration. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Bid Bond of $12,500.00 is required.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
