Summary

The City of Destin is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for the construction of a new outfall system near Joe's Bayou Recreation Area. This project involves installing a plate arch structure with a natural bottom to promote more efficient water flow between the wetland area and Choctawhatchee Bay. The scope of work also includes the removal and replacement of existing roadway sections and associated infrastructure within the project area. Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables
