Summary

Contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Garnet Valley School District – Pennington Reuse and Campus Master Plan for the Pennington Building, Field House, Storage Building and Athletic Fields. Bids are invited on a lump sum basis for General Construction, Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction, HVAC Construction, and Electrical Construction.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
