Summary

The Rome Housing Authority (RHA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional consulting services for the redevelopment and repositioning of Valentine Apartments, and for ongoing advisory services for future development and strategic initiatives. Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables
