Request for Proposals RFP No. 24-0909 2024 – 2025 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri (HAKC) is accepting proposals from property owners and developers for the Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher (PBV) Program. Proposals will be accepted on an ongoing basis through December 31, 2025, or until all units have been awarded or the Request for Proposals is withdrawn. The RFP details the goals, eligibility requirements, proposal submission contents and instructions, and reporting requirements for program participation.
