Summary

Sealed proposals are requested for repairs to the exterior masonry envelope of the Bar Harbor Fire Station. Scope of work includes parge coatings, repointing, rebuilding, patching, crack stitching, new window lintels, sandblasting steel, and installation of bar-backer rod and new flashings. Bidders must have proven experience in repairing historic buildings and elevated concrete floor slabs.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
