Advisory Services For Global Employment

Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide global employment advisory, payroll, tax, and compliance services to support University-affiliated personnel working in foreign jurisdictions. Services will include advisory guidance and managed services related to international employment structures, foreign payroll administration, regulatory and tax compliance, and ongoing workforce management, with an initial focus on BGSU's operations in Austria and Spain and the ability to scale to additional countries as global activities expand. The selected firm will support the onboarding, ongoing administration, and offboarding of faculty, staff, researchers, and other employees in a manner that ensures compliance with applicable foreign, U.S., and State of Ohio requirements while providing secure, efficient, and transparent employment administration in support of the University's academic, research, and international education missions.
