Summary

Work includes upgrades to the existing area in myers fine arts building to be the myers recording studio. Install additional sound control windows. Replace existing ceiling tiles with ACP-4 GUD-PX panels. Replace existing metal doors with new metal doors and sound control hardware. Contract term will be for 1 year.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
