Eddy County Courthouse Exterior Renovation

Eddy County is soliciting proposals for the construction/renovation of the exterior of the existing four-story courthouse building. The project includes selective demolition, dismantling, removal, and restoration of exterior finish systems, exterior wood, roof components, windows, and doors. The Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) is $5,200,000.00 before NM Gross Receipt Taxes.
