Summary

The City of Liberty Hill is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years starting September 30, 2024, through FY25 and FY26. Audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, Government Auditing Standards, CFR Part 200 Uniform Guidance, and Texas Uniform Grant Management Standards.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables
